Role & responsibilities
- Developing and reviewing acquisition strategies.
- Developing effective communication
- Managing end to end interview process
- Should have goods hands on experience in Analytics niche hiring
- Head hunter
- Should comfortbake with extended working hours
Preferred candidate profile
- End to end understanding of end to end recruitment process
- Experience working on Job Portals
- Hands on experience in MS Excel
- Hands on experience in handling volume hiring
