Job Title: SAP GRC Process Control Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: [Customizable e.g., Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC Process Control professional to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP GRC Process Control (PC) solutions, with a strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Process Control modules.
• Design and configure automated controls, workflows, and master data in GRC PC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) rules and control frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and support audit and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and quality assurance protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 46 years of experience in SAP GRC, with at least 3 years in Process Control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC PC architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Experience in 35 full-cycle implementations of SAP GRC PC.
• Familiarity with SOX, internal audit, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications in SAP GRC or related governance frameworks (e.g., CISA, CIA).
• Experience with SAP GRC Risk Management is a plus.
