Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and manage VMware environments.
• Perform Windows Server administration tasks
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support to customers and resolve technical issues.
• Work on setting up and maintaining Network Operations Center (NOC) infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must work from the office, 5 days a week.
• Will be required to work in a secure area (ODC/Vault) mobile phones must be kept in a locker.
• Must be open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Should be available to join immediately.
• Must have good communication skills
• Should have prior support experience with US/UK clients
