Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets for consumer durables products such as ACs, fridges, washing machines etc.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned area.
Build strong relationships with key customers including retailers, distributors, and dealers to drive business expansion.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training where necessary.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in modern trade sales or similar field (consumer durables preferred).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Strong understanding of local markets and ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
