Job Title: ServiceNow Tech Lead- SPM

• Good knowledge of CSDM
• Excellent product roadmap awareness
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
• Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
• Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB).
• Portal management and customization
• Excellent knowledge of SPM, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences (with practical experiences) : PPM + Project Management + Demand management, OKR (EAP is a plus)
• 8+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years SPM.
• Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
• Knowledge of Sales processes
• Knowledge of Ordering and SPM processes
