Job Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to business needs.
• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals to improve page load speed, interactivity, and visual stability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress-based websites.
• Lead custom integration projects and implement complex technical solutions.
• Ensure websites follow best practices in coding, security, SEO, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the front-end and back-end.
• Work closely with design, content, and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Maintain documentation for custom code and architecture decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and WordPress standards.

• 5+ years of experience in professional WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience in building and integrating custom APIs .
• Experience with performance tools like Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Proficient in version control (Git) and deployment workflows.
• Ability to write clean, modular, we'll-documented code.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with headless WordPress and REST APIs is a plus.
