Senior Engineer - Software Development
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs.
- Write high-quality code that is robust, readable and scales.
- Possess the drive to dive deep. thrive and progress even in ambiguous situations.
- Encourage and support knowledge sharing within teams and external groups.
- Troubleshoot & debug applications.
- Adopt problem-solving as a way of life - always go to the root cause.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss and implement ideas.
- Build responsive, robust and optimized applications.
Requirements:
- B.E/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ M.S in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a premier institute.
- 3-6 years of work experience, having demonstrated problem-solving skills. Have experience designing and implementing non-trivial software systems (e.g., using multiple processes/threads/IPC etc.)
- Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
- Development experience using Java Spring boot, Python, Android, ReactJS
- Experience working on REST, Kafka based API integration
- Experience on designing scalable and distributed systems.
- Experience on docker, Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of design patterns, object oriented design, and frameworks.
- Experience in Algorithmic development
- Proficient in RDBMS (SQL), familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and well-versed in object-oriented design and design patterns.
