Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Review of the tender drawings, Lease Out Drawings (LODs), Specifications, Bills of Quantity (if provided) and raise RFI to client for further clarifications.
• Evaluate the cost estimates prepared against the tender specific requirements, identify the discrepancy and assist in providing due technical support.
• Facilitate pre-tender bid meetings, Coordinate for site visit and oversee timely submission of the tenders
• Ensure the technical and commercial submissions are aligned with the specified tender conditions.
• Prepare and maintain record of the Estimation submitted, database of raw materials, equipment cost of Civil, Architectural, Joinery, MEP works
• Ensure the project kick-off meetings are conducted, the Cost summary report showing Material, Labour, Procurement and Long lead item list are tracked and maintained.
• Oversee projects and ensure variations are attended with priority and proper cost breakdown with substantiations are submitted to client within TAT.
• Ensure periodic follow-up with the respective Project Manager on pending variation approvals.
• Periodically review the process and ensure Library is maintained up to date with material additions and any other new products
• Organize and present the kick-off meeting with inter-departments
• Devise mechanism to track labour efficiency and productivity.
