Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership of 'Anuradha Urban Co-op Bank Ltd as per the Board s Approval of the Corporate Plan & Compliance to Regulatory Policies and Governance
Financial Management
Strategic Planning , Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Direction
Executive Leadership and People Management
Business Development and Customer Agenda/Value Propositions
Audit, Risk Management & Compliance
Corporate and Social Responsibility
Skills:
Strong Communication and People Management,
interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong business relationships,
foster stakeholder engagement,
create new partnerships and drive culture of collaboration and innovation.
Exceptional leadership and management skills with a focus on securing strategic partnerships, business planning, people and financial management.
Education:
The person shall be a graduate with
a. CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification; or
b. Chartered / Cost Accountant; or
c. Post graduate in any discipline.
The person may preferably not be less than 35 years of age and not more than 70 years of age at the time of appointment.
The person shall have at least 8 years work experience at the middle / senior level in the banking sector.
