Job Description
What You'll DoWe are looking for an experienced Senior Martech Software Engineer to join our Marketing Technology team within the Marketing organization. You will have hands-on experience in multiple Marketing Technology tools such as Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, UTM and OneTrust, including implementation, configuration, and customization to provide technical solutions. You will work with product managers, product owners, and software engineers.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Collaborate within the teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and provide analytics solutions that meet business objectives.
- You will create, implement, and maintain Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, UTM and OneTrust environments for multiple web properties
- Contribute to standards for coding, release management, and quality assurance processes within the team.
- You will create relevant documentation for all platforms the team works on where relevant.
- Keep up to data with latest trends in marketing technology and contribute to conversations for improvement.
- You'll analyze data from marketing technology systems to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with stakeholders and users for technical support.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to safeguard marketing data and systems.
What You'll Need to be Successful
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 to 8 years experience developing and working in marketing technology platforms
- Familiarity with cookie compliance platforms such as OneTrust
- Familiarity with tag management systems such as Adobe Launch
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and other programming languages
- Experience debugging code within a browser
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating and supporting complex software in an enterprise environment
- Quality assurance skills.
- Experience collaborating with QA automation engineers
- Deep experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, UTM Attribution
- Experience with OneTrust cookie compliance
- Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners with the ability to collaborate with teams.
