Job Description

Job Title: Service Engineer 

Location: Pune

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Compensation: 2 - 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot machines at customer sites

• Train users and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site

• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and support sales targets

• Build strong relationships with clients (corporate & government)

• Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for service and spares

• Stay updated on product trends and market need.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting (electrical/mechanical)

• PLC basics, panel wiring, pneumatics

• Communication, documentation, and customer handling

 

• Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE

• Experience: 26 years in relevant service or technical sales roles

Domains:

• Security: X-ray scanners, CCTV, boom barriers, bollards

• Analytical: WD-XRF, XRD, ED-XRF, ICP, AAS

• Packaging: Servo/pneumatic-driven machinery, PLC-based systems
