Job Description
- Technical Skills Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Savior, HR1, HRIS, ATS) Job Knowledge Knowledge of all the statutory compliances, regulatory compliances and legal compliances and labour laws. Hands on working exposure independently of social audit documentation like SA8000, HIGG FEM 4.0, ISO 14hidden_mobile, LRQA, ZED, WSI etc. Hands on working exposure for preparing the Non Conformity closure with Root cause analysis with 5 why analysis tool, Correction and corrective action plan along with evidences. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner. Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote open communication channels across all levels of the organization. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity. Collaborate with external trainers or consultants for specialized training requirements. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance appraisal system. Work with managers to set clear performance objectives and provide guidance on feedback and evaluation processes. Review and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. Experience 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing or export industry.,
