Role Description_Team lead_Compliance & Audit Educaton Qualification: MCA Inter/ IPCC/CA Finals This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South. As a CA Inter, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to professional and legal services for small and medium-sized companies. Your role will involve providing assistance in compliance matters and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements under Income Tax, GST, PF and PT. Qualifications CA Inter qualified with a strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations Experience in preparing financial statements, performing audits, and conducting internal control reviews Knowledge of tax laws and ability to assist in tax planning and filing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks Software Knowledge MS Office Tally prime/Tally ERP Zoho books Winman/Saral,
