Job Description
- We are looking forward to recruiting Research Associates (RA) for academic research work. The candidate(s) should be highly motivated in executing and supporting the research work. The detail of job description is as follows: Position: Research Associate (Project based, contractual) Location: Work from Home (WFH) Application Deadline: 31st August 2024. About the Role: As a Research Associate, you will play a vital role in advancing knowledge and contributing to original research projects in business and management. Collaborating with esteemed faculty members and researchers, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the field of management and impact society on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the faculty member in all aspects of research paper writing (for ex. Ideation, data collection & analysis, paper writing, helping in paper revision) Assisting the faculty member in all aspects of case study writing (for ex. Ideation, data collection & analysis, paper writing, helping in case revision) Contributing to the overall research objectives of the institute Qualifications and Requirements: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field will be preferred. Candidates perusing Ph. D. can also apply. Demonstrated expertise and strong research background in the specific area of focus. He/she must have either published papers in Scopus (Q1 & Q2) and/or ABDC listed journals or worked with Faculty members towards publication. Experience of publication of case studies will be an added advantage. Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and scientific software/tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This post is open for all business and management specializations. The candidate must have good understandings of business/management research. People already employed may also apply after getting a NOC from their current employer. Compensation: This job offers high flexibility and candidate can choose to work from home or any preferred location. You will be supporting to best academicians in the industry and thereby great learning opportunities. Compensation will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. The compensation and work tenure can be extended based on performance review at the end of three months. This is a contractual job agreement between the faculty member and the RA.
