- Job Title: Hardware Engineer IoT Solutions Experience Required: 1-2 years Location: Bangalore, India Company: Tech4Biz Solutions Pvt Ltd Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing hardware for IoT products. You will play a critical role in bringing innovative IoT solutions like smart baskets, connected devices, and intelligent sensors to life. Key Responsibilities: Hardware Design & Development: Design, prototype, and test PCBs for IoT products. Work on sensor integration, microcontrollers, and communication modules (e.g., Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa). Optimize power consumption and signal integrity for IoT devices. Testing & Validation: Perform hardware testing to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards. Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues during development and production. Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration. Document design processes, test results, and create technical specifications for production. Product Innovation: Research and integrate the latest technologies to enhance IoT product performance and features. Work on hardware solutions for user-friendly, scalable, and cost-effective IoT systems. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development for IoT devices. Proficiency in PCB design tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad. Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, or Arduino platforms. Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, MQTT). Familiarity with IoT sensors, actuators, and power management circuits. Basic understanding of firmware development and debugging tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing products like smart baskets, connected appliances, or smart home devices. Knowledge of IoT security practices and device provisioning. Hands-on experience with testing tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
