Job Description: - An opportunity in a leading IT Company

Position - SAP HR (Payroll consultant)
Location - Mumbai
WorkExperience - 3.5 to 8 yrs
Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred

• Strong hands on experience of at least 4-6 years on PA, OM , PY-IN and Time Management and ready to work in support environment
  
• Experience as functional consultant in 2+ end to end implementation & support projects and able to resolve user issues, break/fix errors etc.
  
• Experience in configurations and customization and provide support to end users as per business requirements and improve the business processes through SAP system
  
• Trouble Shooting for R/3 Payroll India and PA & OM
  
• Functional Specification preparation and co-ordination with ABAP team
  
• Unit and Quality testing after any SAP patch/version upgrades
  
• Change request generation, documentation of all changes and knowledge and experience of SOLMAN
  
• End-User Support and Training - as and when required as a part of problem solving.
  
• Effectively communicates to internal and external stake-holders.
  
• Good knowledge of Payroll (India):
  
• Wage Types, Payroll record/generation including Payslip, Assign pay scale, Configure Statutory Deductions, Reports i.e. PF, ESI, EDLI, PT, Claims, etc., GL Posting, Log analysis
  
• Reporting and Creating specific reports, Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query.
  
• Legal Reports: PF, ESI, PT, Claims Reports and different Taxes Reports
