Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 18 to 21 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AWS Redhat Openshift Spring Boot and Java. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and software development. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex cloud-based solutions using AWS and Redhat Openshift
  • Oversee the implementation of scalable and secure applications using Spring Boot and Java
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and industry standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the development process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks
  • Ensure the security and compliance of applications by implementing best practices and standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and technical challenges
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with AWS and Redhat Openshift
  • Should possess strong expertise in Spring Boot and Java
  • Must have a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Should have experience with architectural documentation and best practices
  • Must be able to mentor and guide development teams to ensure best practices are followed.

    AWS Certified Solutions Architect Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development
