Role Highlights
Provide high-quality Tier 2 customer support via calls, emails & chats
Ensure 100% issue resolution & customer satisfaction
Follow escalation protocols & maintain service SLAs
Guide customers through self-service portals & handle queries with empathy
Keep knowledgebase & documentation up to date
Youll Need:
Excellent verbal & written communication
Good tech skills (Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, MS Office, etc.) Willingness to work in US time zones
Team spirit, punctuality & a customer-first mindset
Experience: Freshers welcome!
6 months6 years of BPO/customer support experience preferred
Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Pune
Education: Any Graduate | Undergrad with experience
Work Week: Rotational (MonFri / TueSat / WedSun)
Salary Range: Freshers: 25K 06 months: Up to 28K 7 months3 yrs: Up to 40K
