Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computer software such as MS Office.
  
• Ensure timely completion of non-voice process work within designated deadlines.
  
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of data processing.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and processes related to back office operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher candidate interested to work in BPO industry non-voice process.
  
• Excellent typing skills with minimum speed of 40 wpm; knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Candidates willing to work in night shift.
