Job Description Job Title - IT Recruiter Experience - 2 to 3 Years Location - Noida Sec- 126 Roles and Responsibilites
1.Manage end-to-end IT (Majorly) and Non IT recruitment for permanent roles across various domestic clients.
2.Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
3.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and staffing partners.
4.Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
5.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
6.Maintain strong candidate pipelines to fulfill current and future requirements.
7.Ensure timely closures and a high submission-to-selection ratio.
8.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
