Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in technical hiring, preferably in IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related domains, to join us on a 3-month contract basis in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience that aligns with our business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate assessment criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in technical domains such as Data Science, Engineering, IT, or Software Development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
