Job Description
-
Source new LAP customers through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.

Convert leads to disbursements by ensuring quality customer onboarding.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements.
-
Monitor and drive performance across channels and geographies.
-
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients to generate repeat/referral business.

Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, legal) to ensure smooth file processing.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
-
Provide feedback to the product and strategy teams.
-
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Support credit and operations teams in query resolution and documentation gaps.

Deep understanding of Loan Against Property products

Strong network of DSAs and local market knowledge

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

High level of initiative and drive to achieve targets

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Graduate

2+ years of relevant sales experience in LAP or mortgage sales

Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or HFCs handling secured loan products
