Job Description
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
- Cleaning Cutlery and arranging them in serving table in proper manner
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene in workplace
- Suggest guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest and have best knowledge to upsell.
- Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
- Communicate to the guest and assist with their queries.
- Co - ordinate with the other department like Housekeeping, kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Restaurant Manager.
- Managed end-to-end restaurant operations, including staff hiring, training, and daily supervision.
- Ensured high standards of food quality, service efficiency, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinated with kitchen and service teams to streamline operations and minimize service delays.
- Monitored inventory, managed vendor relations, and controlled food and labor costs.
- Handled customer feedback, resolved complaints, and implemented improvements to enhance guest experience.
- Organized events, special promotions, and festive menus to boost revenue and footfall.
- Prepared daily sales reports and assisted in budgeting and forecasting.
- Managed a full-service restaurant including staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Handled customer relations, food safety, and compliance with service standards.
