Job Description

PlanetSpark is on a mission to groom the next generation of confident speakers and creative writers. We offer live 1:1 classes in Public Speaking and Creative Writing to students across 13+ countries, powered by our top 1% handpicked educators. Our learners engage in debates, podcasts, YouTube videos, stand-up comedy, and creative storytelling building critical communication skills that last a lifetime.

Were Series B funded, rapidly growing (30% month-on-month), and backed by leading VCs. With a presence in India, the Middle East, North America, and Australia, were building a global brand in the communication skills space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 live demo sessions using PlanetSparks curriculum.

• Deliver engaging, interactive regular classes post enrollment.

• Share actionable feedback with students and parents.

• Ensure timely scheduling and class adherence.

• Foster a fun, relationship-driven learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong English communication (verbal & written).

• Passion for teaching and making learning exciting for kids.

• Basic tech-savviness and comfort with digital tools.

• Excellent classroom presence and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience.

• Available 6 days/week including weekends.

• Willing to invest 34 hours/day.

• Laptop with webcam and a stable internet connection.
