Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Editing and Assembly
• Edit raw footage and assemble engaging video content that aligns with the brands aesthetic and messaging.
2. Visual Enhancements
• Add effects, transitions, filters, text overlays, and color corrections to enhance video appeal.
3. Platform Optimization
• Customize videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios and quality standards.
4. Motion Graphics & Animation
• Design motion graphics, simple GIFs, and animations for promotional and storytelling purposes.
5. Collaboration
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team to align video output with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Video Editing Tools
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Social Media Understanding
• Familiarity with content formats and requirements for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Videos, etc.
• Creative Eye for Visuals
• Ability to tell stories visually with an understanding of pacing, tone, and audience engagement.
• Attention to Detail
• Precision in editing and syncing visuals and audio.
• Adaptability
• Willingness to stay updated with trends and quickly adapt to new styles or formats.
• Time Management
• Able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently.
