Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy && Execution
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to grow brand awareness,
traffic, and engagement.
Identify seasonal and category-based content trends and align campaigns accordingly.
Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and
contests.
Social Media Management
Own and manage all social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Plan and publish platform-specific content calendars.
Analyze performance metrics and iterate on strategy to improve reach and engagement.
Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Brand && Client Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for branded campaigns and coordinate with internal teams
for timely execution.
Understand brand goals and translate them into effective digital marketing deliverables.
Prepare reports and performance summaries for clients.
Project Management
Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines and deliverables across departments.
Liaise between design, content, community, and tech teams to ensure smooth
workflows.
Maintain project trackers and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
User Engagement && Growth
Constantly explore new formats, content types, and campaign ideas to drive user
growth.
Leverage analytics and insights to improve user journeys and content relevance.
Explore partnerships, UGC strategies, and reward programs to deepen community
participation.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated campaign
management, preferably in food, lifestyle, or media.
Strong grasp of content trends, influencer marketing, and social algorithms.
Demonstrated experience in working with internal teams and clients to manage end-to-end
projects.
Excellent communication, knack for creative brand solutions, multitasking, and stakeholder
management skills.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Youtube Analytics, Hootsuite,
Canva, etc.
Ability to think strategically while executing at a fast pace.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in food && beverage, D2C, or community-driven digital platforms.
Working knowledge of paid marketing campaigns and SEO basics.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth digital environment.
