- Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining operations, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of software applications. You will play a key role in improving our software development processes and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize resources for performance and cost-efficiency. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of applications. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet. Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and secure system architectures. Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, or similar technologies. Develop and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana). Ensure security best practices are followed in infrastructure and deployments. Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident management processes effectively. Required Skills Strong experience in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.). Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages. Experience with Git and version control systems. Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancing. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios, or Datadog. Familiarity with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL). Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer. Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architectures. Experience in implementing security controls and compliance standards. Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in agile environments. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (ref:hirist.tech),
