Job Description
- Designation : Finance and Accounting Senior Representative - FOR FRESHERS
A career in finance, within IT/ITeS industry will provide you with the opportunity to help NTT Data in all aspects of finance functions and assisting leadership with overall strategy. The role will be part of Global Business Shared Services Finance (GBSS Finance) team. You will be trained across various processes and given an opportunity to learn end to end Finance function spread across various sub-functions like Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Contract setup & Invoicing, Procurement, Controlling and Financial & Management Reporting.To start with you will focus on recording and analysing financial transactions with high focus on quality and timeliness and provided an opportunity to grow into bigger roles over a period of time. , You will be trained by NTTD to be comfortable operating in a Shared service environment with a heavy customer orientation and willingness to discharge the duties of roles in a measurable, accountable, and challenging environment.
- Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills MS Word/ Excel, Good Communication (both written and verbal)Problem

- Soft Skills High Integrity/Team Player/ Teamwork/ Ability to manage work under Pressure/Flexibility and Willingness to learn
- Education Background B. Com, Minimum 50% or CGPA equivalent of 50% in Class X, Class XII and 60% or CGPA equivalent of 60%. At the time of the onboarding there should not be any backlog.
- Location Gurgaon office location but can be assigned to work for regions like Americas/ Europe/ APAC.
- Employment type : Hire resources as Full Time employee from Day-1.
- Shift Time Morning shift - (08:00am to 06:00pm) Afternoon shift - (12:00pm to 10:00pm)
