Job Description
- Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners in the assigned area
- Educate partners about the Square Connect app and services
- Drive engagement through regular visits and support
- Promote premium product offerings and subscription plans
- Achieve targets related to onboarding. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with CPs to build long-term trust
- Have 1 - 4 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Understand the broker ecosystem and local property market
- Are great at building relationships and explaining Saas product
- Are target-driven, self-motivated, and excellent at follow-ups
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive.
- The capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions.
- Maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, keeping the Sales team motivated
