We are looking for an outstanding Product Support Analyst to join our new Product Support team.
The Product Support team is responsible for addressing our direct customers and internal stakeholders requests as well as providing valuable feedback to our Product Tech teams.
As a Product Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a variety of teams (Revenue Operations, Sales, Growth, Tech, and more) to understand their challenges. As part of this role, your responsibilities will involve identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Your findings and learnings will have a significant impact on stakeholders, helping define project outlines and contributing to the backlog of our dynamic Product Tech team.
