MBA or equivalent in human resource management from a recognized institution.

Minimum Experience

10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in Human Resources Management

Job Description

The job involves managing and executing core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and institutional HR compliance. The job supports policy implementation, streamlining HR processes, and strengthening institutional HR systems in line with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the job include the following:

(i) Oversee Day-to-Day HR OperationsManage routine HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance, payroll, and HRMIS systems.

(ii) Ensure Execution of HR Policies and Institutional ProtocolsImplement and monitor HR policies, service rules, and standard operating procedures in alignment with institutional norms.

(iii) Support Implementation of Performance Management SystemsAssist in executing employee appraisal processes, documenting performance data, and supporting analysis for review cycles.

(iv) Assist in Employee Grievance Resolution and CommunicationHandle employee concerns through clear communication, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.

(v) Coordinate Manpower Planning and Staff DeploymentWork closely with department heads to assess staffing needs, manage contractual recruitment and outsourcing of staff, and oversee timely staff deployment.

Skills & Competencies

(i) Skills in HR processes and institutional HR operations,

(ii) Skills in institutional processes and other administrative support,

(iii) Competence to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism,

(iv) Skills in MS Office, HRMIS, and HR software tools,

(v) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Desirable

(i) Experience in HR roles within academic or training institutions,

(ii) Exposure to compliance checks and HRMIS implementation,

(iii) Certification in HR operations, HR analytics.
