Position: Java - Technical Lead
Locations : Pune or Hyderabad
Experience Level : 7-10 years

What You Bring:
7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
Exposure to Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong experience in API development (RESTful services, GraphQL preferred)
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ (preferred)
Good to have: Prior experience working in a product-based company
Desirable Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with performance tuning and security best practices
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Your Role:
As our Java - Technical Lead, you will:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable Java applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Guide and mentor junior developers in best coding practices
Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization
Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
Stay updated with the latest Java and cloud trends
