Service Delivery Ops Senior Analyst @ Accenture

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage cash forecasting, accounts opening, and account closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze bank statements to identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to payments and treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize payment processing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including banks, vendors, and clients.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, accounts opening, accounts closing, payments, bank reconciliation statement (BRS), treasury reporting principles.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel or similar software.
