Job Description

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for validating Power BI reports.
• Write complex SQL and Snowflake queries to validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across databases and reports.
• Perform end-to-end data validation between source systems, databases, and Power BI dashboards.
• Validate digital assistant responses against Power BI reports and backend data sources.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure data quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data and reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, with a focus on data validation and BI testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake for data extraction and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI report testing and validation.
• Ability to validate data across multiple systems including digital assistants and backend databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in Finance and Procurement domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
