Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior engineers' work, as well as implementing automated testing frameworks.
Develop strategies for scaling up the platform architecture to meet growing demands.

Job Requirements :

11-16 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java, API design, PCF (Platform Configuration Framework), and people management skills.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience working with AWS services such as Lambda functions, S3 buckets, EMR clusters etc. .
Proven track record of successfully managing teams through complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
