Job Title: Domestic Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring needs. This role requires excellent sourcing abilities, communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various domestic job openings across departments.
  
• Post and manage job listings across multiple hiring platforms and job portals.
  
• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide timely staffing support.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and database of potential candidates for future needs.
  
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR operations.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic recruitment across various levels and functions.
  
• Strong sourcing and networking skills using job portals, social media, and referrals.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
