Job Description
The job involves managing e-learning platform, tools, and content procurement to support institutional training and capacity-building initiatives. The job includes overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating with vendors and content experts, and ensuring seamless delivery, monitoring, and reporting of digital learning modules in alignment with the organizations training goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the job include:
(i) Procurement and management of e-learning platform
(ii) Coordinate with content experts, curriculum teams, and external vendors to facilitate timely and quality development of digital learning materials including animation and multi-media content.
(iii) Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including ensuring regular content updates, performance tracking, and generating usage reports.
(iv) Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to guide the design and structuring of content into engaging, interactive digital formats.
(v) Compatibility of leaning content -Ensure that all learning content is accessible, responsive, and compatible across various devices and platforms.
(vi) Monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS)- Monitor learner engagement, collect feedback, and assess module performance to support continuous content improvement and learner experience.
Skills & Competencies
(i) Procurement skills for E-learning platforms
(ii) Project management and program management skills
(iii) Vendor Management Skills
(iv) Skills in coordination, communication and documentation
(v) Proficient in using e-learning development tools to effectively manage interactive training content, with a strong grasp of instructional design frameworks and principles of adult learning.
Desirable
(i) Certifications in E-learning Development, or Learning Technologies.
(ii) Experience working with government, academic, or international training institutions.
(iii) Knowledge of AR/VR tools, gamification techniques, or mobile-first learning solutions.
(iv) Exposure to data analytics for learning behaviour and performance tracking.
