Role & responsibilities

• Maximize the sale at the store, ensuring optimum cutomer satisfaction
• Achieve sales goals relative to sales target
• Evaluating customers requirement by following customer engagement standards to provide best solutions.
• Ensuring store higene and fuctioning products on display
• Co ordinating activities at the back office, managing inventory and managing payments.
• Handling pre or post customer sales escalations and queries
• Interaction with cross functional departments

• Excellent Communication skills
• Should have flair of customer service
• Confident and presentable
• Should be flexible and adaptable in working hours.
