Position Overview

The Integration Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful integration of new Punchout customers into our eProcurement platform. This includes working closely with both internal and external teams, overseeing technical setups, and managing the customer experience throughout the onboarding process. You'll be instrumental in translating technical requirements into seamless client solutions and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Punchout Projects: Guide customers through the setup, development, and testing phases of cXML Punchout projects, ensuring successful eProcurement solution onboarding.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal IT teams, customer teams, and external IT teams to deliver a seamless and cohesive onboarding experience for Punchout users.
  • Onboarding Documentation: Create and distribute comprehensive onboarding materials, including manuals, email templates, and other templated communications specific to Punchout projects, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • eProcurement Profile Management: Set up and maintain accurate eProcurement profiles for both Punchout and eCommerce users, aligning with specific customer needs.
  • Monitoring and Support: Monitor new Punchout customer accounts during the onboarding and hyper-care periods, actively troubleshooting production issues and gathering customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in eProcurement and Punchout onboarding. You'll assess past projects for potential enhancements and provide valuable feedback to internal IT teams to boost overall performance and efficiency.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Assist with the necessary setup for implementing Punchout projects, facilitate thorough testing, and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing phase to ensure proper system functionality.
