Job Description

Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the sales of Home Loans, LAP, and other mortgage products to achieve and exceed business targets.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and productivity.

Channel Management: Develop and manage various sales channels, including Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), connectors, and other intermediaries to generate business.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of business.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to formulate effective sales strategies.

Process & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications are processed smoothly and adhere to the company's credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Lead Generation: Actively source new clients and business opportunities through networking and field activities.

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven sales experience in Secured Loans is a must.

Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Loans is essential.
