- Job Title : Talend Developer Location : Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 6-10 years About Us company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a talented Talend Developer to join our dynamic data engineering team and contribute to our data integration and transformation initiatives. Job Summary As a Talend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data integration processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting our data strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate them into robust ETL solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend tools. Collaborate with data architects and analysts to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes. Conduct data quality checks and implement data cleansing processes. Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Develop documentation for data pipelines, processes, and workflows. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data integration and ETL. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 6-10 years of professional experience in data integration and ETL development using Talend. Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Fabric. Familiarity with various data sources including databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud storage. Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Talend or related data technologies are a plus. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
