- Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Experience Level: 5-6 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team to ensure the quality and performance of both mobile and full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing, automation, and process improvement. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks to ensure efficient and repeatable testing processes. Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing where automation is not feasible, ensuring complete coverage of functional, regression, and exploratory tests. Mobile & Full stack application Testing: Perform manual testing for mobile and full-stack web applications, ensuring thorough quality coverage. API Integration & Regression: Conduct integration, regression, and functional testing to identify defects and ensure application reliability. Performance and Load testing: Perform load testing using tools such as JMeter, Blaze meter, or Neo Load to assess application performance under heavy loads. Functional testing: In depth functional testing must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are fit-for-purpose through. Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms. Work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies, ensuring the adoption of industry best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to quality assurance. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all testing activities, results, and any issues that arise. Qualifications Experience: 5-6 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing. Experience with SAP, Salesforce & Mobile applications testing is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit), test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java). Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality products. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently. Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.,
