Job Description

How will you make an impact?
  • Sales Record-Keeping Ownership: Ensure that sales contract data is up-to-date, complete and accurate in D365, Kantata and PowerBI for the Consumer team globally
  • Reporting Development: Brief, develop and deliver timely opportunity pipeline, campaign, operational, utilization, profitability and performance reporting using CRM tools
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as an important bridge between Finance, Consulting and Leadership teams, keeping stakeholders informed and finding ways to 'lighten their load'
  • Process Improvement: Lead development of more efficient and automated global processes and technical solutions, including AI implementation
  • Service Desk Management: Provide proactive and reactive communication and responses to service desk queries globally within SLA timelines
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
  • Technical Proficiency: 7+ years relevant experience with ERP/Finance/CRM systems (ideally D365, Hubspot, Salesforce, Kantata)
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams and managing global stakeholders
  • Process Development: Strong attention to detail and experience in developing and improving business processes
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of commercial principles and experience with regular financial processes (invoicing and contracting)
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in developing weekly and monthly commercial and operational reporting
  • Communication Skills: Clear thinker and communicator with experience running service desks
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Suite of products, especially Excel
