We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer Performance with expertise in troubleshooting performance-related issues in enterprise storage environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ONTAP architecture, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. This role is part of our Level 2 Support team, responsible for diagnosing, analysing, and resolving performance-related incidents while providing excellent customer service to enterprise clients.
