Job_Description":"- Should have good knowledge of SQL database 2016 andabove Installation and configuration of SQL server, related services, andadditional server components.
- Implementation of SQL server cluster instance.
- Planning and execution of Migration Creation ofdatabases and tables. Managing and configuring SQL server instances anddatabases.
- Manage database integrity Monitor databaseactivities (sessions, blocking, resource utilization) and queries (query store,extended and trace events, execution plans) Troubleshooting performance problemswith tools Manage backup and restore of SQL databases.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Working with indexes, DB statistics, and auditconfiguration. Managing SQL logins, database permissions, and roles. Patchingand upgrading of SQL instances.
- Installation and configuration of SQL serverreporting services.
Implementation of High availability features such as Always-ON, replication,and mirroring. - Must have experience in handling backups, Always on/ In memory table concepts, Roles Management, Index fragmentation, andReporting Services.
Min. 5 (Five) years of experience in Administration and Maintenance of WindowsSQL Server (i.e. 2008, 2012, 2016 or later) Standard/Enterprise versions.QUALIFICATIONS ANDEXPERIENCE
- B. E. / B. Tech. / M.Sc. in Computer Science orComputer Engineering or Information Technology or MCA with minimum passingmarks of 60%.
- 5 years of relevant experience in managingMicrosoft SQL database server.
