Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

• We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to visit customers' homes, conduct eye tests, and sell Lenskart spectacles. As a Sales Executive, you'll:
• Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments
• Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment
• Sell Lenskart spectacles and provide exceptional customer service
• Carry a 18-20 kg bag with eye check equipment and eyewears
• Meet sales targets and earn attractive commissions
• Variable compensation based on sales performance

Training:

• 45-day comprehensive training in Whitefield, Bangalore on eye checkups and sales techniques

Requirements:

• Graduate
• Must own a bike (two-wheeler)
• Fresher/Experienced
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (18 -20 kg)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Must possess a valid driving license
