Job Role & Responsibility:
Experience of working in an admin role or a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools word, excel
Be able to demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work to strict timescales in a fast-paced environment and deadlines and prioritise work.
Team player
Be self-disciplined, reliable, and capable of working to set time frames
Be able to communicate effectively on the phone if required
Completing customer care responses within the required timescale
Communicating / emailing the various documentation to Customers, internal staff as required
Prepare and respond on any copy invoices, statement requests or basic customer queries
To maintain good and effective working relationships with the Collections team
Be highly self-motivated, able to work independently and within a close-knit team
