Job Responsibilities:
Explore local market areas to identify & approach potentially relevant SMEs
Deliver sales pitch for Rapido parcel along with offerings & onboard interested leads
Following up on leads generated to ensure first transaction
Build long term relationship with SMEs, drive repeat purchase and highlight & rectify any
challenges/issues faced by them
Be the eyes & ears of Rapido at ground level to identify potential opportunities & challenges
Owning and delivering the planned activities on customer branding, marketing activity execution
and verification
Having empathy towards understanding customer requirements and problems.
Job Requirements:
Freshers or Bachelor's degree in any field with 1+ Years of experience
Strong knowledge of the city geography and behavior
Basic excel skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Should be able to speak and write the local language
Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines
Passionate, result-oriented with strong bias for action
