Infrastructure to support our Pre-sales and solutions team. This individual will play
a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, crafting optimal infrastructure
solutions, and driving the technical sales process from opportunity identification through to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer business and
technical requirements.
Deliver technical presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate and compelling
technical documentation.
Participate in Orals / Defence preparation and Presentations. Conduct rapid
assessments , participate and drive Due diligence activities.
Work on pricing models for the proposed solutions. Participate in BAFO
discussions
Conduct site assessments and audits to recommend improvements or new
architectures.
Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners to develop custom solutions.
Assist in the preparation of project scopes, bills of material (BoMs), solution
diagrams, and pricing estimates.
Support Transition teams by providing project handovers and clarifying
technical designs.
Work with various teams such as Delivery, Practice, Cross function and
Finance team to build a solution.
Required Skills and Experience:
Good collaboration and communication skills
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure domains i.e. Knowledge of IT
infrastructure solutions (Not limited to Data Canter, Networking, Virtualization,
Storage, Cloud, Database, Automation , AIOps, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure management tools, monitoring, and
automation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey
complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in working with RFP processes, solution documentation, and
costing.
Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions
Architect, Microsoft, etc..) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in a technical presales or solution architect role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team .
