Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SharePoint Online (O365), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform, with a strong understanding of business requirements and collaboration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx.
• Customize and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and workflows.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems and APIs (e.g., REST APIs, Graph API).
• Develop Power Automate (Flow) workflows and Power Apps to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Implement site provisioning, permission management, and governance policies.
• Maintain and support existing SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure responsive and user-friendly UI/UX across all SharePoint components.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online/2013/2016/2019).
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx (React or TypeScript).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API.
• Experience in developing Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience with PnP JS, PnP PowerShell, or other SharePoint utilities.
• Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, and Site Columns.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience in working with Modern SharePoint UI and Teams integration.

Good to Have / Supporting Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure AD.
• Experience with SharePoint Migration Tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
